Ordering goods or services on this website and completing payment constitutes acceptance of the terms herein. Goods will not be released until payment is settled in full.
Limited Liability
All products and services purchased from Wizard Rockets Limited are accepted and used by the purchaser at the purchaser’s own risk. Rocketry is an inherently dangerous hobby using highly flammable and in some cases combustible items even if used correctly. Purchasers are required to have researched all legal, best practice, and relevant guidance from all sources prior to storage or use. Wizard Rockets Limited cannot accept any liability for injury, death, loss, damage or other consequence from the use of these, inherently dangerous, products.
Wizard Rockets Limited has a liability limited to the functionality of goods and services as advertised and as protected by distance selling law and consumer protection. Wizard Rockets Limited accepts no liability under any circumstance for damages, loss, injury, or any other liability outside of this liability mandated by those regulations.
Distance Selling Law
You have the right of return in accordance with distance selling law for the goods purchased, with the exception of rocket motors or their reloads. Rocket motors are not eligible for return due to exemption under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 paragraph 13(1)c.
Goods ordered on backorder (pre-orders)
Items ordered from Wizard Rockets which are not in stock at the time of order will be backordered from our supplier(s). In cases where this applies, this will be shown clearly on the item page when ordering. No guarantees of any delivery schedule are offered under any circumstances. Goods will be made available to the customer shortly after delivery from our supplier.
Refunds for orders or parts of orders not complete will be available after 18 months from the date of invoice payment.
No refunds, termination of contract, compensation, or liability are offered or given for such orders if the order is not completed.
After 18 months from the date of payment, refunds will be offered upon request for incomplete parts of the order, and will only be paid to the same entity and payment source as the original payment made.
Completion of the order constitutes acceptance that Wizard Rockets Limited is not liable for any damages, loss, costs, inconvenience or other effects caused by non-delivery.
Goods stored by Wizard Rockets on behalf of the buyer
For items paid in full and ordered for collection, Wizard Rockets will hold these items in secure storage according to the terms and deadlines in Collecting Orders. This storage is included in the price of the purchase. Wizard Rockets will endeavour to be available for collection with reasonable prior notice and by mutual agreement.
Goods not collected within the free storage period
Many of our products are degradable and cannot be stored indefinitely. After the included storage period has expired, Wizard Rockets will not accept responsibility for any goods and will not guarantee availability of the goods listed on the order.
After the free storage period, Wizard Rockets will dispose of the goods and attempt refund of the original payment. Should this payment refund be impossible, no alternative form of refund or credit will be offered.
