Refund Policy


Can I return items I have ordered?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and items are NEW and UNOPENED. You cab return your order for a refund minus postage within 14 days from the day you received your order. (This will be at your own cost)

Items returned must include all original packaging and be unopened. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted or tampered with from the original form upon arrival all items will be checked thoroughly.

Refunds will not be issued for returned items that get lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Defective Items

We will work with you to resolve any issues prior to accepting the return. Please make initial contact by email, send photos of the product, detailed description of your issues, and any details of what you have already done to fix it.

Incorrect Item

We are only human, if the product you receive is incorrect, please make initial contact by email, sending photos of the product received and the packaging it came in. We will then discuss the return and re-delivery options on a case by case basis.
