Returns and Exchanges
Under normal circumstances rocket motors are sold non-refundable and non-returnable. This is due to the sensitive nature of the rocket motors including fragility to shock and the requirement to store in low humidity environments.
Rocket motors with any form of visible damage, swelling, cracking or discolouration must not be used for launching a rocket and should, instead, be disposed of by safely burning in a controlled manner.
Customers seeking refunds, exchanges or returns under exceptional circumstances should contact us.
All rocketry avionics are tested prior to sale. Returns are only accepted for avionics which, during ground testing, demonstrate reproducible faults.
Damage to rocketry avionics by incorrect use, incorrect connection to batteries or other components or incorrect assembly is not covered by this policy.
Due to the high dependency on integration into the rocket and final assembly, avionics systems which fail to eject will only be considered for return/refund/exchange if that fault is reproducible in ground testing.
For this reason fliers are encouraged to test electronics extensively prior to any flight.
Undamaged, unopened and resellable products may be returned at the buyer’s cost within seven days of purchase for refund/exchange.
